DIRECTIONS

It is recommended that you divide the front and back of your OneSheet into the sections shown below. You will complete your OneSheet in class and submit it before leaving class. Your OneSheet will be returned on test day and may be used as a reference while taking your mulitple-choice test. 

 

You will NOT be given an equation sheet on the multiple-choice test.

If you are absent on the day the OneSheet is completed, you may create your OneSheet at home. However, it must be submitted before the beginning of 1st period on the day of the test to be eligible for use during the assessment.
