PLC Science is a process that requires teachers to analyze student needs before instruction begins and then revisit those needs regularly during team meetings. Team meetings are a blend of logistic planning (forward-looking preparation) and reflective evaluation (responding to student learning).  

 

The challenge is giving teachers time outside of lunch or conference periods to develop their PLC document. A partnership with district/campus PD will lead to increased success for students and teachers.
